TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
ATM CARD SAVINGS ACCOUNT
§ *No transaction fee when you
transact thru PACCI ATMs.
§ *P 12.00 charged for transaction fee for every transaction you make with
other ATMs.
§ *ATM Card Savings Account is an interest‐bearing Savings Account of 1%
per annum.
§ *ATM Card Savings Account will be free for the initial issuance. Defective
cards will be replaced free of charge within 30 calendar days upon receipt.
§ *ATM Card becomes dormant it if is inactive for two years and shall be
subject to P100 service charge per month.
§ * Replacement of lost/stolen ATM Card is
P500.00
§ *Over the counter is allowed when ATM is un available or your withdrawal
for the day exceeds P 20,000.00.
Additional I.D. needs to be presented for withdrawal through teller.
WITHDRAWALS
§ Can withdraw cash up to P 80,000.00 a day
§ Max. number of withdrawal
with (20) per day
§ Minimum withdrawal amount of P100.00
§ Maximum withdrawal amount of P 4,000.00 per transaction.
SECURITY FEATURES:
PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN)
Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a computer generated
6-digit number provided by PACCI.
MEMORIZE
YUR PIN because this is your security code for your ATM Card.
In case you forgot your PIN, visit the
PACCI Main Office to request for new PIN.
